I've been wanting to purchase some bird prints for awhile, but no job=no money. So...thanks to a great website (jonesdesigncompany.com), I was able to make my own bird art for cheap, cheap, cheap!! I love them!! What do you think?

(My ability to hang pictures is pitiful, though---don't analyze too much!)

I am such a good mom when I'm not working! Chris says I am spoiling the boys...they will be shocked when I do go back to work-it will be pop-tarts and eggo waffles again!

Well...it is the beginning of another school year! Owen is in 3rd this year and Ryan started Kindergarten. Great new school + great teachers= great year for both boys!

This year, I am especially sad to see summer break come to an end...both boys will start a new school tomorrow (Owen's 3rd new school in 4 short years!), and I pray that this will be a good year for us all! I will be staying home which is very hard for me...I like being at school with the boys---even though most kids go to school without "mom" being there, it makes me nervous to drop my kids off at the door!

We had a great summer filled with lots of swimming, lots of trips to the beach, and lots of visits with friends and family...who could ask for anything more??

I can...I would like 4 more weeks, please...

Thanks to Carolyn we have some new photos!! She took our picture near the beautiful oak trees by the pier in St. Simons. You can't tell from the photo, but it was quite a climb to this perch where we are seated...notice my death grip on Ryan...It's nice to have a friend who is such a great photographer!!!
