Friends

Our South Georgia friends came for a visit--isn't it a shame that we are far more adventurous in our town when we have visitors?? We had a jam-packed weekend--fly-fishing, blackberry picking (Janda even made a cobbler from the berries), and good food!! The boys found the coolest spot for fly-fishing--it was so beautiful and (of course) I didn't have my camera!! Our southern friends loved the North Georgia mountain views...but they get to go home to the beach!

Swimming-FINALLY!

Well, 3 years of lessons have finally paid off-Owie is swimming!!

Summer Cut

As if giving the dog a summer cut was not enough...Owie had to get one as well! I begged for it to just be "trimmed", but apparently his bald-headed father doesn't know the meaning of a trim!! I always tease and say he has "hair envy"...Well, I guess it will grow out by Christmas?? I was able to keep Rye Bread away from him, though.

Greenville Zoo

We love the zoo! We took a trip with friends-5 adults and 10 kids (8 boys/2 girls)! We had our own little zoo within our group...

Angus got his summer cut today...he looks sooo different. When we brought him home, Pepper growled at him for about 5 minutes-she didn't even recognize him! He looks ridiculous, but we're sure he feels better!
